Scaricando o usando l’app questi termini si applicano automaticamente a te – dovresti perciò leggerli attentamente prima di usare l’app. Non sei in nessun modo autorizzato a copiare o modificare l’app o parti di essa, né i nostri loghi. Non sei autorizzato a tentare di estrarre il codice sorgentè dell’app, né a tradurre l’app in altre lingue o creare dei derivati. L’app stessa, i loghi, il copyright, i diritti del database e le altre proprietà intellettuali correlate appartengono a Garycom s.r.l.
Garycom s.r.l. si impegna a assicurare che l’app sia utile e efficiente. Per questo motivo ci riserviamo il diritto di fare dei cambiamenti all’app o cambiamento riguardo al suo servizio, in ogni momento e per qualsiasi ragione. Non ti addebiteremo mai costi per l’app o i suoi servizi senza spiegarti chiaramente per cosa stai pagando.
L’app LineTime conserva e elabora i dati personali che ci hai fornito per poterti fornire il nostro Servizio. È tua responsabilità mantenere al sicuro il telefono e l’accesso all’app. Ti raccomandiamo quindi di non rimuovere le restrizioni software imposte dal costruttore o di eseguire il root. Ciò può rendere il telefono vulnerabile ai malware/virus/programmi dannosi, compromettere la sicurezza del tuo telefono e impedire all’app LineTime di funzionare nel modo adeguato o impedirne il funzionamento.

Limitazione di responsabilità
Dovresti essere consapevoli che ci sono alcuni fenomeni di cui Garycom s.r.l. non si assume la responsabilità. Alcune funzioni dell'app richiedono una connessione internet; la connessione può essere wi-fi o fornita dal tuo operatore di rete mobile, ma Garycom s.r.l. non si assume la responsabilità per il funzionamento limitato dell'app se non hai un accesso wi-fi e non hai più dati internet.
Se stai usando l'app fuori da un'area in cui è disponibile il wi-fi, dovresti ricordare che i termini dell'accorod con il tuo operatore mobile sono ancora validi. Come risultato, dal tuo operatore potrebbero esserti addebitati i costi dei dati per la durata della connessione a Internet mentre accedi all'app o costi di altre terze parti. Usando l'app ti assumi la responsabilità per simmili addebiti, incluso il roaming dei dati se usi l'app fuori dal territorio nazionale senza disattivare il roaming dei dati. Se non sei tu il titolare dei pagamenti online per il dispositivo su cui stai usando l'app, per favore sii consapevole che noi supponiamo che tu abbia ricevuto il permesso di usare l'app dal titolare dei pagamenti online.
Nello stesso modo Garycom s.r.l. non si assumerà mai la responsabilità per il modo in cui usi l'app. Devi assicurarti che il dispositivo rimanga carico – se la batteria si esaurisce e non puoi più servirti del Servizio, Garycom s.r.l. non accetta alcuna responsabilità.
Con rispetto per la responabilità di Garycom s.r.l. per il tuo uso dell'app, quando stai usando l'app è importante tenere a mente che sebbene ci sforziamo di assicurare che sia aggiornata e funzionante in ogni momento, non ci affidiamo a terzi parti per fornirti informazioni su di noi così che queste possano essere disponibili per te. Garycom s.r.l. non accetta alcuna responsabilità per alcuna perdita, diretta o indiretta, che puoi sperimentare affidandoti unicamente alle funzionalità dell'app.
A volte possiamo avere bisogno di aggiornare l'app. L'app è disponibile su Android & iOS – i requisiti per entrambi i sistemi (e per ogni sistema addizionale per cui decidiamo di rendere disponibile l'app) pososno cambaire e tu dovrai scaricare gli aggiornamenti se vuoi continuare a usare l'app. Garycom s.rl. Non garantisce di aggiornare l'app in modo che sia sempre aggiornata alla versione Android & iOS che hai installato sul tuo dispositivo. In ogni caso, tu ti impegni a accettare sempre gli aggiornamenti all'applicazione quando ti vengono offerti. Noi possiamo anche decidere di interrompere la fornitura del servizio e possiamo terminarlo senza darti alcuna informazione della cessazione del servizio. A meno che non diamo spiegazioni diverse, riguardo a ogni cessazione del servizio (a) terminano i diritti e le licenze che ti sono stati garantiti a questi termini, (b) devi smettere di usare l'app e (se necessario) rimuoverla dal tuo dispositivo.

Possiamo aggiornare i Termini e condizioni di tanto in tanto. Perciò ti avvisiamo di controllare questa pagina periodicamente per essere consapevole di ogni cambiamento. Noi ti notificheremo i cambiamenti pubblicando su questa pagina i nuovi Termini e condizioni. Questi cambiamenti diventano effettivi immediatamente dopo che sono stati pubblicati su questa pagina.

Terms & Conditions
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Garycom srl.
Garycom srl is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The LineTime app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the LineTime app won’t work properly or at all.

The app does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of liability
You should be aware that there are certain things that Garycom srl will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Garycom srl cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Garycom srl cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Garycom srl cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Garycom srl’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Garycom srl accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Garycom srl does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
